2.1 Microbiome Test Kits
Due to the medical and sanitary nature of microbiome testing:

Opened or used test kits are non-refundable.

Unopened and unused kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the seal remains intact.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
